Terms and conditions:

1.1. Rethink Property Training Group LTD, Registration no. 15750948, (hereinafter referred as ‘The Company’) undertakes to provide the training course as advertised (hereinafter referred to as Training Services) under the conditions and according to the procedures laid down in these Terms and Conditions, whereas the Student, (hereinafter referred to as the Recipient of the Services) undertakes to pay the The Company for the Training services provided under the conditions laid down in on the The Company’s website.

1.2. The Company has a right to unilaterally change the starting and ending dates of the Training services by informing the Recipient of the Services in advance via phone or email. The starting and ending dates of the Training services may be changed once. If the Company changes the starting and ending dates of the Training services more than once, the Company must arrange the Training services provision dates with the Recipient of the Services or refund the whole amount paid for the Training services.

2.0: Rights and obligations of the parties
2.1. The school undertakes to:
2.1.1. Provide high-quality Training Services for the Recipient of the Services under the terms of the Contract including the provision of the services in accordance with the best generally acknowledged professional standards and practices

2.1.2. Ensure the right online or live environment for training and training delivery (except for a computer which is the Recipient of the Services’ responsibility)

2.1.3. To immediately inform the Recipient of the Services of the circumstances which hinder or may hinder the enforceability of these Terms and Conditions.

2.1.4. If the class that is supposed to take place during the Training Services does not start on time, the Company undertakes to make every effort to start the planned class as soon as possible. Due to unforeseeable circumstances including, but not limited to trainer's business trip, holiday, illness, etc., one or a few classes that are supposed to take place during the Training services provision may be postponed, but the Recipient of the Services must be informed of this.

2.2. The Recipient of the Services undertakes:
2.2.1. To cooperate with the School and provide them with the right data and necessary information which may be needed to enforce the Contract properly.

2.2.2. To pay the Company for the Training services provided in accordance with the time-limits and procedures laid down in the Part 3 of this Contract.

2.2.3. To ensure that the computer programs they use are legal.

2.2.4. To participate in the classes taking place during the Training Services provision, arrive to the course fully prepared and study thoroughly and systematically.

2.2.5. Not to film and take pictures during classes and not to transfer the information to third parties.

2.2.6. To take care of the Company’s tools and inventory, assets, provide compensation for all the material damage they had caused.

2.2.7. To respect the trainers and fellow students.

2.3. The Company has a right to refuse to provide the Training Services and/or to immediately unilaterally terminate this Contract, without going to the court, if the Recipient of the Services does not fulfil the requirements of points 2.2.1. to 2.2.7. of this Contract or fulfils them improperly. The Company must immediately inform the Recipient of the Services about the refusal to provide the Training services or the termination of the Contract. If the Contract is terminated in the case described in this point, the amount already paid for the Training services is not refunded.

2.4. The Parties must comply with the obligations assumed under this Contract reasonably, honestly and carefully so the enforcement of the Contract would meet the interests of both Parties to the maximum.

3.0: Training fee
3.1. The Recipient of the Services undertakes to pay the course fee as published (minus any agreed discounts) in full.

3.2. The transactions between the Parties are carried out in GBP.

3.3. The amount paid is not refunded if the Recipient of the Services terminates this Contract or does not attend classes that are part of the Training services provided. The Recipient of the Services can retake the training course in one calendar year.

4.0: Responsibilities of the parties
4.1. The Parties undertake to properly perform their obligations assumed under this Contract and refrain from any actions which may cause damage to another Party.

4.2. If the Recipient of the Services is late to pay the Company for the services provided, they must pay the School 0.03% late interest on the overdue amount for each day of delay.

4.3. The Company shall not be held responsible for the sanctions by the state authorities and/or court if the Recipient of the Services infringes point 2.2.3. of these Terms and Conditions. If due to the infringement of the point 2.2.3. of these Terms and Conditions sanctions by the state authorities and/or court are imposed on the Company, the Recipient of the Services undertakes to compensate the sanctions imposed by the state authorities and/or court.

4.4. The Recipient of the Services undertakes to compensate for the damage to the Company or Company's assets (inventory) caused by their actions or lack of actions.

4.5. The Company shall not be held responsible for any damage or losses the Recipient of the Services incurs if the Company is not at fault.

4.6. If these Terms and Conditions or any other obligation related to these Terms and Conditions is impossible due to force majeure circumstances, each Party, by informing another Party in writing, is relieved from the performance of the assumed contractual obligations for the duration of the force majeure circumstances. If the force majeure circumstances remain for more than 60 calendar days, each of the Parties has a right to unilaterally terminate the Contract by informing another Party in writing in advance.

5.0: Confidentiality and personal data protection
5.1. The Company undertakes to process and store the Recipient of the Services’ personal data no longer than needed for data procession purposes and/or provided for by the legislation of the United Kingdom if the longer data storage period is specified there. If the legislation of the United Kingdom does not specify any deadlines for the storage of documents with personal data, such documents shall be stored for up to 2 years from the date of the termination of relationship with the Recipient of the Services. After the deadline specified in this point the personal data records shall be destroyed and/or the documents shall be archived.

5.2. The Recipient of the Services declares that they are aware of their right to familiarise themselves with their personal data being processed and the right require to amend incorrect, incomplete, inaccurate personal data or delete them or limit the right to process the data, the right to data portability if the technical capacities allow that, the right to object to processing of personal data if the processing is carried out with their agreement or in accordance with the Company's legitimate interests and the Company has no other grounds to process personal data, also the right to lodge a complaint to the State Data Protection Inspectorate regarding processing of their personal data and infringement of the rights related to the personal data processing.

6.0: Validity of the agreement
6.1. These Terms and Conditions enter into force the moment payment for the course is made and it is concluded and remains in force until after the completion of the course.

6.2. These Terms and conditions may be violated on the grounds indicated in the legislation of the United Kingdom

6.3. The Company has a right to violate these Terms and Conditions unilaterally, without going to the court, with no fault of the Recipient of the Services if circumstances which the School had not foreseen and which prevent the School from providing Training services come to light; The Company has to inform the Recipient of the Services 3 days in advance and refund the fee they paid for the training.
